You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the billing period. [Add refund policy.]

Don’t misuse the service: no illegal content, spam, security attacks or attempts to access other customers’ data.
You own the data you put into the service. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy [and Data Processing Agreement].
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without guaranteed uptime unless stated in a separate agreement. [Add SLA.]

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can export your data before closing your account.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tidyflow’s total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior [12] months.
